Welcome to Primary Rehab Clinic. My name is Dr. Datinder Banwait. I am a female, Punjabi speaking chiropractor who has been practising in the Surrey and Delta area since 2001. I completed a doctorate in chiropractic from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon graduating with honours. Prior to completing my chiropractic studies, I received my Bachelors of Science in Biology from Simon Fraser University. My philosophy is to help patients achieve their optimal health goals. This is done by providing each patient with a comprehensive treatment plan. I use a variety of treatments including physical therapy modalities, rehabilitative exercises, soft tissue treatment and chiropractic adjustments to help achieve my patient’s goals. Parvinder is a recent graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT), completing his studies in December 2023. Before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, Parvinder was deeply involved in athletics, particularly as a high-school basketball coach. His passion for sports extended beyond coaching, as he also played soccer at an elite level, where he achieved the remarkable accomplishment of winning the U21 provincial championship.
Drawing from his diverse experiences as both an athlete and a coach, Parvinder aims to help others with pain management and physical well-being. Janson Lai grew up in Taiwan. He is a second-generation traditional Chinese medical practitioner. He started out watching his father treating people when he was twelve years of age and has carried the values of those ancient healing practices with him today.
Janson obtained his diploma of Practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2003 and has been a licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist since 2005. While predominantly practicing here in Canada, Janson has continued his education in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the United States. His treatments have been extremely successful in treating sports injuries, musculo-skeletal and neurological disorders, mental-emotional issues, internal disease, and reproductive issues.
